Market Day – Thursday 2nd September from 1.30pm. Gecko will hold its inaugural 2nd hand baby and children’s market. There will be a variety of goods ranging from books, clothes, and toys. Come along and have a coffee and grab a bargain (normal entry prices apply). The Market will be held on the first Thursday of each month from 1.30 -5.00 pm as follows: Thursday 2nd September Thursday 7th October Thursday 4th November Thursday 2nd December Father’s Day Breaky The girls in the kitchen will be whipping up some great bacon and eggs on fathers day, so if you are looking for somewhere to go and to take the children where they are entertained and in a safe environment, bring them (and dad!!) into Gecko’s. Breakfast will be served from 9.30am -12noon, thereafter, our normal menu will continue. Melbourne Cup Lunch – Tuesday 2nd November Giddy Up. Why should we miss out on all the fun. Gecko’s will be holding a lunch at a very reasonable price. We will have a fashion parade courtesy of a Smithfield Centre favourite fashion shop and we will be running sweeps all morning. The big race will be televised on the screen. Bookings for the lunch are essential, so ask one of our friendly staff, call or email for more information. Drop and Shop Gecko's child minding service available now. We will look after the kids (over 2 years of age) while you shop or do errands at the Smithfield Centre.
